OK I GUESS I AM LOST. IN THE MASTER DBS, FOR EXAMPLE IS UP +27% FOR THE YEAR AND HAS AN M-INDEX OF 28 AND YET NOT ON YOUR “BUY” LIST. WHAT AM I MISSING???? THANKS.

Hmm, of course DBS is a buy and has been for a long time. It has nothing to do with the ETFs on the Cut line, which only shows those ETFs that are hovering around it “right now.”
As a comparison, DBS has moved to a point that is above it’s own respective moving average (%M/a) by +52.66%; the highest of all ETFs.
