If the domestic and international TTIs in your special report indicate a sell, do we sell our domestic and international ETFs tomorrow morning. Or should we wait for couple of days to see if the trend goes back up.

Hmm, the international TTI went into sell mode back on June 16, so you should not be holding any positions. While the domestic TTI still hovers above its trend line by a slight margin, you should have been stopped out of all equity positions if you followed my recommended exit strategy.

Again, as I said in my previous response, if you had followed the trailing sell stop discipline, you should not be holding any equity positions, since the sell stops will always get you out of the markets faster than the crossing of the trend lines.
